Forestry Camp Taichung Branch Office Accommodation

Forestry Camp Taichung Branch Office Accommodation is located in Fengyuan, Taichung, and was originally a lodge under the Baxian Mountain Forest Station. The Baxian Mountain Forest Station was one of Taiwan’s three major government-run forestry operations during the Japanese colonial period. In 1927, the Forestry Camp Taichung Branch Office Accommodation was relocated to this site, primarily serving as accommodation for Japanese personnel and visiting officials, and establishing Fengyuan as an important center for timber collection and processing.

The building retains its Japanese colonial architectural style and is set in a quiet, serene environment. The courtyard and pathways are clearly laid out, with ample, open natural light, making it ideal for filming nostalgic, vintage, or historical lifestyle scenes.
