Meicun Comprehensive Service Park, located next to the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, was revitalized from the former Taichung US Army Guest House and Taichung Combined Service Force Army Quarters. The park combines historic architecture with modern design, preserving the area's historical character while incorporating diverse public service facilities.

The first floor houses a parent-child center and a restaurant. Its interior features art installations and vibrant colors, while the outdoor tiled area within the tree-lined pedestrian walkway can be used for outdoor activities. The second floor accommodates childcare facilities, a women's development center, a seminar room, and a group dance studio. With bright and welcoming interiors, these spaces are suitable for group activities and physical training. The third floor features a volunteer service promotion center, multipurpose classrooms, and an outdoor terrace. Depending on their size, the multipurpose classrooms can accommodate approximately 45 to 100 people and are equipped with tables, chairs, projection equipment, and selected audiovisual facilities. The rear terrace features outdoor table-and-chair sets and can accommodate approximately 50 people. The fourth floor houses a children's sports center, providing training facilities for fencing, judo, karate, and other sports.

The park offers a variety of indoor classrooms, open activity areas, and outdoor spaces, accommodating diverse scenarios ranging from parent-child interaction and everyday socializing to classes, workshops, group dance, meetings, lectures, group activities, and sports training. The outdoor tiled area and third-floor terrace can create open, relaxing, or social settings, while the seminar room and multipurpose classrooms are equipped with tables, chairs, and projection facilities. These spaces are suitable for filming scenes involving public service institutions, classroom instruction, meetings, group gatherings, outdoor activities, and sports training.
