The Baroque style Municipal Office Building was built in 1911 as an administrative agency during the Japanese rule. The building has a simple and elegant exterior, with windows and doors in various designs, as well as tall columns and a magnificent dome at the entrance. At present, the interior of the building incorporates restaurant space and art and cultural exhibitions to achieve the revitalization of the monument.
