Located at the intersection of Xingda Road and Guoguang Road, it was once a teaching staff dormitory and was built between 1963 and 1967, revealing the obvious style of a military dependent dormitory.

There were a total 74 households, named “Hsing Da First Village”. Although there are not many residents at present, most of the buildings are well preserved, and walking through them is like walking through a time tunnel, and one can sense the feeling of longing and nostalgia for the past and a strong literary atmosphere.
