Former Council Building

An office building with a high degree of flexibility for settings

It was the Taichung County Council Building from the 1990s to 2010, and now the Taichung City Council Second Office Building, and is also the site of the Taichung City Traffic Adjudication Office, and the Taichung Aboriginal Integrated Services Centre. Before the merger of the county and city, the building was built and renovated at a cost of over NT$100 million.
There are nearly 70 lounges for council members and complete parking and plaza facilities inside, while the interior and exterior have both modern and indigenous cultural features, making the site highly flexible for filming.
