Li Xin Park

Li Xin Park is located at the intersection of Gongyi Road and Longde Road in Nantun District, Taichung City. It is close to the Lee Ko-yung Memorial Library Branch and Fazhi Creek. The park itself has a flood retention function and is designed with a focus on water environment education. Its flood retention pond and rainwater infiltration storage and reuse engineering are based on the principles of "runoff sharing and outflow control." The inclusive park considers the accessibility of the entire area, featuring interactive inclusive play equipment such as an intelligence climbing net, wheelchair swing, sand play table, and seven-step musical tubes. Additionally, the park preserves the early outdoor oxidation channel of the Water Resource Center, transforming it into a modern channel-style fitness garden. Along the pathways, there are outdoor fitness facilities, a rainwater garden with aquatic plants, and a solar panel canopy, making it suitable for both water environment education and recreational activities.
