Chun Shui Tang

Since its founding in 1983, Chun Shui Tang Cultural Tea House has been selling cold tea beverages, which were unprecedented in Taiwan's tea industry at that time. Inspired by Western bars and infused with the tea-drinking culture of the East throughout history, Chun Shui Tang pioneered the technique of using a shaker to mix tea drinks. Boldly transforming traditional hot tea into refreshing sweet tea, they created the first "foam red tea" and "pearl milk tea," leading a revolutionary change in tea culture and successfully setting a new trend for cold tea beverages.
