It is a famous student shopping district and cultural landmark in Taichung, which is formed by Taichung First Senior High School, National Taiwan University of Sport, National Taichung University of Science and Technology, and the cram school building (Taichung Agricultural Hydraulic Engineering Building). There are also store clusters offering similar products, such as dozens of eyeglass chains on Yucai Street, sporting goods stores on Taiping Road, and hairdressing salons and wedding dress stores on Sanmin Road.
