臺灣太陽餅博物館位址的建築為「全安堂」，為保存良好的百年建築，從日治時代佇立至今，仍不減其風采。早期的全安堂空間作為藥鋪使用，販售進口藥品、民生用品等；而今，經過專業設計團隊的再造，讓老建築重現光彩，並巧妙地融合台中在地傳統產業特色，讓充滿歷史韻味的糕餅文化及百年古蹟激盪出令人讚嘆的火花。
老空間輕食區
位於2F的輕食餐廳，以秋香綠為基調，搭配原木系列的素材，營造出舒服、放鬆的用餐空間。
老空間展演
太陽餅博物館興建於1909年，是走過百年的珍貴歷史古蹟。在老建築空間中我們希望發展更多元的應用賦予本身新的價值，為此本館增添文化與藝術的展演活動規劃，讓藝術與生活結合也讓新創藝術家有發表展演的空間。歡迎您的展覽申請與蒞臨參觀。
Showcasing Taichung’s pastry industry
The brick building with red walls and white decorative stripes has a history of over 100 years. The first shop was a pharmacy, but after the reconstruction of the monument, it has been integrated into the famous local pastry industry scene. It has become a multi-functional space exuding culture and history with a pastry store, a suncake museum, and a cafe.
