充滿文創夢想之宿舍空間 

綠光計劃將12棟自來水公司宿舍翻修改建，成為以紅磚為主的兩層樓建築，透過空間分配，進駐許多文創和餐飲店家，活化一整條巷弄，而二樓戶外天臺只要幾張桌椅就能舉辦下午茶或分享會。
電視劇《她們創業的那些鳥事》曾到此取景。

A dormitory space full of cultural and creative dreams

The Green Ray Project has renovated 12 Taiwan Water Corporation dormitories into two-story red brick buildings. Through the allocation of space, many cultural and creative stores and restaurants have set up shop here, revitalizing the entire alley. The outdoor rooftop on the second floor can be used for afternoon tea or sharing sessions with just a few tables and chairs.
