沙鹿深波圖書館以電影為主軸，不但貼滿國內外電影海報，亦規劃電影圖書櫃和電影藝術館（電影院），並擁有一台35mm 電影放映設備。館內藏書豐富，靠窗座位可引進自然光和綠意。

The Taichung Public Library (Shenbo Branch) in Shalu is a movie-themed library with movie posters of local and overseas films, a movie bookcase and a movie art gallery (movie theater), and a 35mm movie projection facility. The library has a large collection of books, and the window seats bring in natural light and greenery.
