以白色流線外型打造的國立公共資訊圖書館，象徵乘載知識之流。館內家具配色與戶外窗景融合，空間明亮又寬敞，搭配戶外公共藝術和草地公園，將綠意匯入具現代感的空間內，因而被國際圖書館協會(IFLA)列為此生必去圖書館之一。

The National Library of Public Information with its white streamline shape, symbolizes the flow of knowledge. The furniture color scheme and outdoor windows blend together to create a bright and spacious area, while the outdoor public art and grass park bring greenery into the modern space. As a result, it has been listed by the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) as one of the “must see” libraries.
