歷史建築帝國製糖廠臺中營業所興建於1935年，前身為日本帝國製糖株式會社之臺中工場營業空間，在臺中，帝糖見證著產業之興衰轉變，於2016年登錄為歷史建築。2019年重新開放，由好位子團隊負責策劃與營運，持續於帝糖策劃與推動產業文化展演、特色主題餐廳，傳承在地精神，也為帝糖注入新的元素與活力。
適合日治時代為背景、日式建築的場景。

Built in 1935, the historic building “Empire Sugar Factory Taichung Office” that walked through the Japanese domination period to the national government period of the Republic of China and went through three owners witnessed the rise, prosperity and decline of Taiwan’s sugar refinery industry. After being out of production in 1993, a part of Empire Sugar Factory Taichung Office was reopened to the public in 2019 as a part of Taichung Cultural Heritage Park. 

The internal space of the building is used not only to run exhibitions and activities related to the sugar refinery industry and Taichung’s local culture and development history, but also DIY and experiencing activities are held from time to time to bring great fun to all visitors, and craftsmen from all sectors are invited to hold cultural and creative workshops. Besides, the enormous Taichung Cultural Heritage Park is a good place for visitors to walk around during leisure time. During the day, you can walk up to the tower and overlook the panoramic view of Empire Sugar Factory Taichung Office. Besides, the circle viewing platform located in the middle of Xingquan Lake offers visitors the opportunity to observe aquatic ecology in a close distance.
