台中最新美學創意新聚落「富興工廠1962」建築物本身是一間有60年歷史的老工廠，據說是創立於1940年的台灣第一家化妝品製造廠「盛香堂工廠」旗下工廠，更是不少老台中人的共同回憶，在新的團隊努力下，700坪空間聚集了10多個設計公司及生活美學產業，集結餐飲、文創、古物，空間非常寬廣，推薦給想要拍攝復古又帶有現代感風格的劇組前來取景拍攝。
