落成於民國55年的建築，整體建築刻意保留舊有的鋼筋水泥外貌，露出建築結構與橫樑，創造出古今交錯的美感。內部裝潢採復古風格，如壁上掛著過去合作社員工的照片、騎樓的磨石子地板、二樓吧檯櫃檯底下的瓦片、金庫造型的大門等，營造出當時合作社的氛圍。
適合有歷史年代設定、老派風格的場景、情侶約會的場景。

FOURTH CREDIT UNION was completed in 1955, and the entire building deliberately retains its old reinforced concrete exterior, revealing the structure and beams of the building, creating an aesthetic interplay of the past and the present. The interior is decorated in a vintage style, such as photos of past cooperative employees hanging on the walls, the stone flooring on the ramp, the tiles under the bar counter on the second floor, and the vault-shaped door, creating the atmosphere of the cooperative at that time.
It is suitable for historical era settings, old-school style scenes, and couples dating scenes.
