「晨露文化藝術基金會」，由「晨禎營造」與「麗晨建設」資助成立，結合其
建築專業背景與資源，以建築、藝術與文化為切入角度，於總部「丰二三」打
造台中的新興文化藝術基地，設有「享食天地」、「律動教室」、「精鑄廳
」、「晨露廳」空間提供外租，推介予影視劇本包含會議、座談、烹調、律動
等場景參考、租用。
「丰二三」建築揚棄總部大樓墨守成規的設計，透過對「風、光、水、綠」設
計元素的想像與轉譯，讓空間更具無限想像。這裡有水的舞動、風的吹拂、光
的魔術，既是營運辦公之所，同樣也是藝術人文發聲的場域。晨禎以建築為鏡
，重新連結人與人之間的交流、人與自然之間的擁抱，乃至人與空間的愉悅感
知，重塑建築的異托邦。推薦給需要找辦公室、演藝廳場景的劇組前來拍攝。
