The main white building is vertically divided and staggered, and the whole row of windows on the façade is simple and clean, earning it the reputation of "Little White House". It is also like a good book on the shelf, waiting for the public to appreciate and read.

  The exterior of the Waipu Branch Library is vertically divided and staggered, echoing the idyllic image of Waipu. The large glass ornament incorporates the vast green landscape and the distant Flaming Hill and Anvil Hill, allowing the public to experience the leisure of reading with the mountains. The library's 1st floor aging area is specially decorated with sofas, long reading tables, and bookshelves of appropriate height to create a living room atmosphere for the elderly to read comfortably; the children's reading area uses ingenuity and color blocks to create a happy reading world.
