具完善設施場景可塑性高的辦公大樓

1990年代至2010年的臺中縣議會大樓，今為臺中市議會第二辦公大樓，亦為交通局交通事件裁決處及臺中市原民會等辦公室場址。縣、市合併前，斥資1億多元興建與改建。
內部有近70間的議員休息室與完整的停車場及廣場設施，內、外觀兼具現代及原民文化特色，場景可塑性高。

曾取景拍攝劇組：電影《引爆點》、《幻術》、《同學麥娜絲》與電視劇《鏡子森林》。

An office building with a high degree of flexibility for settings

It was the Taichung County Council Building from the 1990s to 2010, and now the Taichung City Council Second Office Building, and is also the site of the Taichung City Traffic Adjudication Office, and the Taichung Aboriginal Integrated Services Centre. Before the merger of the county and city, the building was built and renovated at a cost of over NT$100 million.
There are nearly 70 lounges for council members and complete parking and plaza facilities inside, while the interior and exterior have both modern and indigenous cultural features, making the site highly flexible for filming.
