影視文化的新基地

位於台中市中區中山路73號的老宅，中山73藝文空間構築屬於台中人的影視基地。

一樓有台中電影故事展覽及藝文表演空間，二樓則是小型的電影院及工作室。

外觀牌樓古樸為日治時期建築，放映廳共有36席座位，可配合拍攝進行放映投影。

A new cultural base for film and television

Located in an old house on No. 73, Zhongshan Road, Zhong Shan 73 is a new film and television base for the residents of Taichung.

On the first floor, there is an exhibition of Taichung film stories and a performance space, while on the second floor, there is a small cinema and studio.

The exterior shows the simple architectural style of the Japaneses colonial era. The cinema has 36 seats and can be used for projection in conjunction with filming.
